@HolyVisitation The bible also says that I suffer not a woman to teach nor to usurp authority over the man but to be in silence. Just because a person doe something and does it well does not mean it is according to God. There are people that cheat people out of money and say that they are preachers they do that well, Not of God. There are people that sing in the choir and are cheats, whoremongers and back bitterer, Not of God.

I am a Minister myself and I do see the difference in the way we are treated in the chruch but young lady you keep on doing what the Lord has called you to do and do it with boldness. You really need to study to show yourself approved! Dont use God's word to justify your prejudice and ignorance! Read the whole book of Corinthians so you can get an understanding why Paul with the church at Corinth this way. We have religious people like you that dont understand scripture and blow things way out context, killing and judging people. GOD USES WOMEN! Don't forget that in the NEW TESTAMENT it is written that God will pour out his spirit on all mankind. Men will dream dreams, see visions and young women shall prophesy and WHOMSOEVER shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How can a woman prophesy without speaking? Being ignorant is one thing but CHOOSING ignorance is a whole nother story.

Corinthians, Ephesians, and Galations are all EPISTLES. Which are LETTERS to a specific individual, congregation, community about SPECIFIC problems withing that community. Women keep silent in the church was written because the women in those churches WERE out of order and disruptive. i hate 2 jump in this memorial and bread, but as a young female preacher i want 2 defend myself. teaching and preaching are essentially the same. Preaching is just PRayerfully tEACHING ie: PREACHING. and as far as women in the new testament, there's Anna speaking PUBLICLY in the TEMPLE about Jesus and the woman at the well who went and told everyone she knew in Samaria about Jesus, and Mary who went and told the apostles she had just seen Jesus. Gospel is good NEWS about Jesus, is it not??

Mr.Jackson i asked for New Testament scripture. There were woman prophets in the minor prophets books. But we no longer live by the oldtestament. thats the law of moses. When jesus died on the cross the old testament died with him. Do we still use the oldtestament yes. But we don't live by it. A woman cant preach the gospel 1st cor 14:34

Secondly God is NO RESPECTOR OF PERSON, he can use women or men to preach, he doesnt care what sex you are.... Will a Soul saved by a women be lost? NO. she is doing Kingdom work.

Sir...She is preaching in a pulpit. Preaching and teaching are two different words with two different meanings. If she was teaching privately like it was commanded in 1st Corinthians 14:34. it will be ok. But she's preaching not teaching. There is a difference. God only used men in the new testament. there were 12 men chosen for apostles.

Many are manipulating scriptures to endorse women preaching. When the women left to tell the disciples to meet Jesus in Galilee, Mark 16:8 says "neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid". They only told the 11 disciples.
