Funny, the Rochester mention, Harry Relph came from Cobham Nr Rochester in Kent...,... my Grandfather always said he had seen him on stage!!! The boots routine was a tiny part of his act, which included Panto appearances as Dames etc., His act was over a half hour or more, usually the entire second half of the bill.
