what we looking at here??...is the film speeded up?..what point in seconds does somthing accour??

It is what it is. Sometimes it's just a time lapse for weather conditions or times of day.
photos were taken at one per second. The speed runs at 120 photos per minute. So that means every second of real time equals 2 minutes of elapsed time.
