wear loose boots. They give you a good grip on the floor and the looseness allows your feet to roll inwards, which helps you keep your balance.

It does involve a little flexibility because abdominal muscles don't normally stretch that far...but mostly it's a balancing act.

Expect to fall over a lot. And keep some painkillers handy. It does weird things to your blood pressure when you first start and it can give you a MAJOR headache. Not to mention your stomach muscles may be sore at first.
