The exercises look good. Hopefully the exercise routines are tailored for each person, because people that like to work out, don't like being told what they have to do for their workout for 20 years. I'd like to see Army asking soliders what kind of athletic activity they prefer (biking, hiking, running, lifting, kayaking, organized sports, and then expect them to do this, augmented by these exercises. Compliance with an exercise routine comes with enjoyment, not forced routines.

I went to Barnes & Nobel & talked with many people & even handed out flyers of you & I & Richard Branson.
I then enjoyed an author talking about his new book that I know Riichard & you will love to endorse. The management however decided to kick me out of the store. That is now the second Barnes and Nobel Store to give us a problem in Philadelphia. Contact the legal team to sue them also for 25 million dollars and lets see if they will settle out of court.
