ok i like the game and it's features, but. the first boss is easy as hell, u are having fun while killing him, but the second boss is sooo OP !!! lol. it takes a HUUUUGE dificulty jump from boss 1-2 and it made me stop playing cus i cant take that sucka down !! :/ i dont know how, and i dont have the skills yet XP
In my opinion the first TFU is better than the second game play wise. In the first game there were tons of lightsaber battles which were so much fun and epic. I mean when you think Star Wars and fighting you think lightsabers but in the second they almost entirely cut out lightsaber battles. Don't get me wrong the second game is really good and the graphics are orgasmic but it just doesn't have that great Star Wars feel until the end when you fight Vader. They are both good games though.
This should have been a descendant of Revan like many fans were hoping for and played very KOTOR-esque. At least he'd be like Luke in that he'd have one Hell of a name to live up to and have RPG elements in his game, leading to a deeper story with more detailed characters. But no, we have to have Starkiller shoot lightning from his ass to appease the fans.
@mistertater yoda was 900 years old and could still lift an x wing out of a swamp you mean. you saw luke was bearly able to lift rocks at that point. the force was an aincient religion by that point in the star wars time line.

Second, I never saw Yoda disintegrate stormtroopers into dust, never saw him crumble an at-st like a soda can, and never saw him bring down a star destroyer. Yoda actually brought four large confederate ships crashing to each other with the force via gestures during the Battle of Coruscant. He sent entire armies of droids flying. Starkiller's most powerful attack did nothing to Sidious who is Yoda's level.

Luke and ohter Jedi/Sith are not weak (or Noob or Pussies or whatever). You just can't compare them to Starkiller. It's like you compare Bruce Lee to Dragonball Z characters.
Starkiller is just too good. That's why they seem to be weak when compared to him.
However, what Starkiller really good at is only the ability to use force, as you can see in game, every time he won, it's becuase his (epic) power of the force.

@Mikkedev well they were fairly evenly matched in most regards, vader just had more experience on him, in my opinion at least, because vader had already gone through the clone wars, and was a key player in the jedi purge that followed, whereas starkiller only really made his debut at the tail end of the jedi purge.
@Mikkedev well like i said, vader didnt have the same intense training that starkiller had, and he never had the patience that starkiller had. i also firmly believe that starkillers will was much more profound than vaders' meaning he would be able to manipulate the force to a greater degree than vader would. of course we would never really be able to know for sure, but i do enjoy the debate.
@Mikkedev there kind of was in game actually. size means nothing to the force. the only thing that changes with size is that you have to concentrate more to manipulate it. luke wasnt trained to use the force from a young age. starkiller was, and at that starkiller was one of the greatest force users in his era.

@KarlWilliamKraft this has nothing to do with logic. Just Star Wars knowledge. Victory-class Star Destroyers where the last Star Destroyers able to enter a planet's atmosphere. Imperial-class Star Destroyers get supplies, personnel and repairs from orbital docks.

The more force-users there are, the weaker the Force is within them. Because, at this point, there are a handful of users, the character here is immensely powerful.

@kungfurox1 Absolutely. I recommend all of the books in The Old Republic setting, as well as Legacy of the Force. I am a fan of "Darth Bane: Path of Destruction" and the new book that just came out, titled simply "The Old Republic." Star Wars is an immense universe with equally massive story elements and devices. The Force is not only fully explained in the movies as well as the books, but in the games, as well. Play Knights of the Old Republic, if you get the chance. I highly recommend them.
@kungfurox1 The knights of the old republic 1 and two (the video games) are the fastest ways to learn about not olnly a lot of old republic history but also the force and how it works. The new republic's use/examples of the force pale in comparison to the old republics sith lords and jedi.

Even though this game sucks along with the sequel to it, the ability to sink a Star-Destroyer was not introduced here.
It was introduced by Luke in one of the extended universe books. I distinctly remember the book being labeled as canon.

@Mikkedev well they were fairly evenly matched in most regards, vader just had more experience on him, in my opinion at least, because vader had already gone through the clone wars, and was a key player in the jedi purge that followed, whereas starkiller only really made his debut at the tail end of the jedi purge.

@Mikkedev well like i said, vader didnt have the same intense training that starkiller had, and he never had the patience that starkiller had. i also firmly believe that starkillers will was much more profound than vaders' meaning he would be able to manipulate the force to a greater degree than vader would. of course we would never really be able to know for sure, but i do enjoy the debate.

@Mikkedev there kind of was in game actually. size means nothing to the force. the only thing that changes with size is that you have to concentrate more to manipulate it. luke wasnt trained to use the force from a young age. starkiller was, and at that starkiller was one of the greatest force users in his era.

@gaarathesandslayer I don't really like Starkiller and the Force Unleashed story tbh, but the 5 most powerful force users of the Imperial era would be Luke Skywalker, Yoda, Vader, Sidious and Starkiller I guess yeah :)
And in the like 50 years or so after the movies it would probably be Luke Skywalker and Darth Caedus being the most powerful ones I guess? ^^

@746452345457 Actually, the character was made to make the transition of Anakin Skywalker to Darth Vader more poignant, and to give The Rebel Alliance a background rather than "Hey, a well-equipped and fairly well-trained guerilla fighting force suddenly formed under the Empire's nose, and nobody knows how they got there! Why? No reason." Starkiller is quite important as a plot-device, though he still isn't the most powerful Force user to ever live.

The more force-users there are, the weaker the Force is within them. Because, at this point, there are a handful of users, the character here is immensely powerful.

The power of the force is not based on the distributive property,rather, it is based on the individual mental strength. These organisms, called midi-chlorians, communicate on a sort of telepathic level with the being they inhabit, giving them extraordinary abilities in exchange for a stable environment in which to live. In "The Old Republic" series, it was explained that the midi-chlorians are stronger when there is balance in the Force.

@kungfurox1 Absolutely. I recommend all of the books in The Old Republic setting, as well as Legacy of the Force. I am a fan of "Darth Bane: Path of Destruction" and the new book that just came out, titled simply "The Old Republic." Star Wars is an immense universe with equally massive story elements and devices. The Force is not only fully explained in the movies as well as the books, but in the games, as well. Play Knights of the Old Republic, if you get the chance. I highly recommend them.

But after SPOILER FUCKING SPOILER DON'T READ IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED Vader betrayed him he went to go rally several political leaders ex: Mon Monthma, Bail Organa, etc. to form the Rebel Alliance on Correlia, but Vader found him and captured them and took them to the Death Star where as the main person went to go rescue them.
