There are MANY companies that treat their workers well and perhaps, don't need a Union. In this case, a Union would give PRIDE to their workforce! I'm a College student working there because it fits my class schedule and the workers there are ZOMBIES! They are so beaten down, no smiles-they really seem to dread being there and there is little hope for them. What a shame!!

Once they do away with the secret ballot these guys will ruin what's left in this country.They have to make up the losses they are going to have when the auto workers don't get their jobs back.Where I live there are two super markets across the street from each other.One union one non-union.The non-union store blows the other store out of the water in every way.Department store unions take your dues and that's all they do.Just try to get your union steward to fight a grievance for you.Then see.
