Hi I actually know Pam well, she's been through police brutality this before and it's why she has that medalert tag around her neck. That cop is a bad apple. Norfolk cops have a good reputation but now, I don't know...

What was the cop's original beef with her. I feel bad for people with emotional problems. There's almost no sympathy for the confused state of mind they live in. Cops need to learn about folks with extreme states of mind.

If there was ever a case of abuse of powers, this is it. This was a cop who was looking for an excuse to use his taser on some one.

As he said on the video, "I know you can do it. You have been out here all day". In his opinion if she was in a wheel chair, and had been out there all day, he would know that she could walk to get off his street.

You would think that the city of Norfolk VA would teach their police what a Medic Alert Card" is, before giveing an untrained policeman a taser to use.
