  • i love the Japanese for this very reason :)

  • Nice job

  • A very respectful manner of using the fish. I commend you for your great respect and honor of the fish, yamayama47-san. Very little was "wasted", which I suspect were only the bones that could not be eaten. Thank you for showing such respect to the fish. A job well done and beyond.

  • excellent knife skills!

  • What is made from the meat that is spooned out?

  • @farlcoon hello! Tuna bowl, sushi, and slices of raw fish. It is called a nakaochi. It is very delicious.

    I want also to eat!

  • Amazing work. I never knew that so much of the Tuna was used. I was surprised how easily you could scrape off the bits near the spine with that spoon. Great video man, I loved seeing this.

  • was there a broken record or something playing in the background? nice cleaning though

  • Thanks for video =)

  • How much it cost for a meal that involved that fish?

  • @Zerobadniks More than most people can afford I'm afraid. I like the Japanese approach to food. Reserved and all about quality.

  • I agree with sam1975heavy, as a chef and one who respects the animals who nourish us, the fish was treated with so much respect great job.

  • @bluemoonhaunts to me yellow tastes better

  • the one who cuts the fish is cute :D lol

  • how much it cost?

  • "n early 2009, a 128-kg Japanese bluefin tuna fetched $153,000 US at the Tokyo fish market - the highest price ever paid for a piece of prime sushi in eight years."

  • awesome skill mate! sugoi desu

  • ARIGATO

  • lol i tell you it gets right on your last nerve.......yes?

  • Yamayama San,

You are very good and skillful. Where did you get the tuna fish? you buy in where?

  • I think they are bought at tsukuji fish market in yokohama. If my memory serves me right, a blue fin tuna (like the one in the video) sells for around 30 thousand USD in japan. but tastes really really great though !

  • good skills

  • Thank you very much.
