Now in days they don't sell as well, which is the sad bit. Also Rockstar has grown such a absurd reputation that doing another game like this but more gory might just end them from the impending lawsuits.

I liked Manhunt 2's storyline better than the first Manhunt; dare I say so, though. If only Manhunt 2 had more replay value, like unlockable goodies and such, then Manhunt 2 would've been so great.

Some things I don't understand about this game. First, if Leo only wants to get rid of the Pickman bridge and take over Danny's body, why is he trying to turn Danny into a killer? Second, why did Pickman use Leo instead of that "controlled personality" they were talking about? and Third, why wasn't Danny and Leo's mind erased when Pickman said that phrase?

1. He wasnted to turn Danny into a killer not only to survive their situation, but to make Danny more like him, making taking over easier.

2. Pickman said "We have one chance to make it work before they shut us down", implying that they skipped the control step to produce results by the deadline.

3. Maybe after all the years that it was in his head and/or the increasing malfunctions, the fail-safe was no longer 100%. Maybe they also grew stronger, the "two heads are better than one" saying.

2 has a different story and different characters, so I think rockstar just wanted to carry the principle of a 'Manhunt' across with the same gameplay elements (hunting, hiding etc)

2 is about some guy who finds himself in asylum, slowly remembering his past and who he is, with a sidekick that seems to be his sociopath alter-ego; it all becomes clear during the game; I have the uncut version :P It's a great game, but still prefer the first one.
