  • wonder if this pussy ever pulled 700

  • Search pendlay rows in youtube. First time I tried them I never went back to standard barbell rows. Better carryover to horizontal pressing too a.k.a bench press.

  • HHAHAH I love your "angry" barbell rows. Cracked me up. Good lifts man!! I'm a Bodybuilder and Elite Personal Trainer at my club and I love seeing hardcore, legit effort. Keep it up man!

  • @pootanus112 Ha, ha... thanks man. They certainly were angry rows. I appreciate the comment.

  • How tall are you?

  • @1JayCutlerFan1 I am 6'2. Tall and lanky. haha

  • @jlinteris oh yes very lanky haha

I always thought the deadlift was easier for shorter guys. What do you think?

  • @1JayCutlerFan1 I think us tall guys get some good leverage with our legs off of the bottom. On another note, I have seen short guys that make it look effortless too. I guess it just depends on your build

  • @jlinteris if you're having trouble keeping your weight up try a large McDonalds milkshake everyday. Bad for you but PACKED with calories

  • So close!, 320kg is my goal by the end of the year, nice rows too, better form than most I've seen with that weight.

  • man the 700 is yours!!! keep it up!!! and don't get frustrated, can make PR every workout, but u are fucking strong and very soon u will do it! I am absolutely sure about that

  • @milkokoko Thanks, dude. I have full intentions of destroying it next week! I am in a 3 week heavy cycle (I cycle volume and intensity with my training) and have a couple of cracks atthis. I appreciate the motivation!

  • Knew it was an off when I saw you having to retake the air on the 585 hahah. But that 700 is yours next time around when the weigh is right. I reckon 1 week off to deload and then you will have that shit no problem.

  • @delo01 You are the only one that caught that ya know. I was having a really hard time amping myself up and I wasnt really feeling it. With that being said, I was still strong and even in a great headspace it might not have changed the outcome of the lift, Thanks, man.

  • MAN.....you had that J! Your speed off the floor is awesome! You will definitely rip that up next time out. Can't wait to see it. Great power on those rows too....

  • @BRETZERR Thanks, Randy. Yeah after I got it moving I got a little excited and all of the sudden the weight through down a huge ass anchor. lol. Oh well, motivates me to attack the shit out of it next week.

  • you were soooooooooooooooooo close on that 700! and then you do 405 for rows! Great job man, you're a freak! ha ha

  • @j0540212 Thanks, Josh. I woke up angry with unfinished business. I shall kill it next week!

  • @PropitiousSoul No, man. When I go all out like that I am done. Even right now, 6 hours later I am still fatigued from it. Whole body got pretty rattled from that. That is why I went to barbell rows after.

  • Great try Jordan!! No doubt you're strong enough to pull it, we'll see it very soon.

Keep up the awesome work man!!!

  • @jplift Thanks, JP. I hope it goes next deadlift day. If it doesn't then I am hanging myself with some sweaty underwear as a noose.

  • Jordan, good shit man, came off the floor easy

Question, did you go 585 to 700? Maybe a single around 625-650 would help.

  • @EvanDunn Yeah I made a 115 pound jump. That is totally normal to my training and I find that I do best like that. It is wierd and it shouldn't work like that, but it does. I used to make smaller jumps and if the small jump was heavy then I would mentally fuck with myself. I make sure I am warm as can be (do a lot more warmup then on video) and then I go for it.

  • shoulda hiched that motherfuc ker bomdigi1 style.

  • @rctriplefresh5 I could rep that if I hitched it. Not my style, brotha.

  • Arg so close!

  • @shootingman99 Ha I know, man! Next time!

  • when you attempt 700 the vid isawesome whether its a win or a fail!

in other words you win either way nice red miss letters and nice bands.;0/

    good job!

  • @rctriplefresh5 ha Thanks, Dave. I can honestly say I couldn't have tried even .00001% harder on that. I have blown blood vessels and shit in my neck. Time to man up and destroy that next week!

  • youre gonna laugh hard, but i think i i know why my PC isnt letting me post videos. i think its from porn,. i brought my PC to staples, and they said they couldnt fix it cause its flowing with so many viruses...they think its from porn.

they said they could reformat the harddrive for 100 im like no wway. i might try that myself. my pc is windows 7 and i dont have a restore disk but i have windows xp..you think i should reformat with windows xp instead?i dont notice windows 7 being much better.

  • @rctriplefresh5 LOL that does not surprise me, Dave! Not one bit. Perhaps that is why my comp has been acting up, ha

  • i didnt know you waqtched porn.

  • Great attempt man! That was crazy close. You'll def get it next time. That was some crazy rows with 4 plates also!

  • @HHH396 Thanks, Mark. I hope so!

  • you will get it soon man, you took your anger out on those rows, thats what I do if i bomb on something take my anger out on another exercise. How many calories do you take in daily if you mind me asking?

  • @WeightLifterNerd I would put a rough estimate at 4000-4200 right now. Playing baseball and being a little more active outside of powerlifting is obviously burning more so I need to up it according to how active I am.

  • wow almost. All you need to do is work on the lockout because you totally got the lift off. Crazy weight.

  • @tlast2O12dude Yeah that was the weird part. My lockout is easily the strongest part of my lift. The time I actually got it to where my lockout could take over, I was physically spent. Ok though. I like a chalenge.

  • Head up man, we both know you have that in you. Next time.

  • @JStew88 The shitty thing is that I was actually aiming for 15 reps there!

  • that was a determined attempt, you gave it all. you will get it in the future.. man you are very very strong. How many years did you use to get this strong? are you competing in powerlifting?

  • @kraftsportNO I have been on and off with lifting now for 8 years. 4 of them have been lifting heavy and I have went through a few series of injuries where I was out for 6 months. This is round three of trying to lift heavy again. I am planning on competing again in November. Been 5 years since my last comp. Thanks for the comment. I appreciate it.
