The only make up I wear is mascra and lip gloss. However, I've started wearing foundation around my eyes to cover up my allergy shiners (darkening around the eyes due to allergies). Is consealer or foundation better to cover up dark spots??

@MonkMonk74 most people use both. they apply the concealer and then their foundation over the concealer.

Heyyyy.....I 've used this for 2 years now...this is a fabolous product... I also use it only on the dark marks.....perfect I use Bronze.....Listen ladies this girl knows exactly what she's talking about.....Black Opal Fade and Conceal.....I must also confess that I started using it around my eyes to get an even tone and the dark areas just vanished.....for real....

hm, I'll have to check out this black opal fade concealer! I had a whole bunch of scarring on my chin from being a little pluck happy [very hairy skin] over the years -- it was disgusting, so I did a little research & found Black Opal's *fade gel* it's got enough glycolic acid to do the job-- bottom line: 2 weeks in & the hideousness is almost gone! this extra help might just do the trick!

I only realized it cuz I see so many women who wear weaves, sew ins, quick wigs, etc so I'm able to tell, but most women I see wear them look terrible,  But the one your wearing looks natural on you though! :)

@pepe74711 hey girly give it sometime...you'll see results soon enough..its a pretty easy regime to keep up with because it covers the marks while fading it at the same time. So you won't even notice that its happening. I never really paid attention until one day I didn't put anything on my face and realized I didn't feel uncomfortable going outside because the marks were barely noticable. :)

How long did you use this before you started seeing results and did it completely fade or just lighten considerably? Also, how many spots exactly did it fade for you? Was it just one spot? Sorry, so many questions. My right side of my face only has acne scars and I'm trying to figure out if it will work for me. Thanks so much!!

@TheCurlyFitChic My dark marks are mainly on my chin and it faded all the marks considerably over time..Its hard to say how long because its used with my makeup everyday. I think you should give it a try its worth it :)

The ambi soap is good to wash off make up it says its a complexion bar ,but I believe its the fade & conceal thats fading the dark marks. Rather I know its the fade & conceal :)
