It sounds too bare-bones, I suppose. Not as much going on as there are in the game's normal songs, the music in general could just use some activity. Make it vibrant! Make it sound like there's something happening! If you're upgrading the song from a simple four-instrument piece to something for a more modern generation, you're going to have to do more than just use four instruments all over again.

I bet if you used an MIDI, changed the instruments to the ones with samples assigned to them, you might be able to put this back into the game! If you can extract MIDIs, surely you can change or replace them!

@8MKWeb8 I'm sure it's possible somehow. But I do not know how. All I have is tools for extracting instruments and midis from DS roms, I'd have to program something myself to put it back in. And quite frankly, I'm not that good a programmer yet.
