they're fighting BJJ rules not Kosen Judo rules ..cause at 3:00 the reg awarded an "advantage", which is clearly from BJJ / ADCC rules.

Actually BJJ isn't a lot like Judo... Judo focuses more on takedowns and throws, sweeps, etc.. While Brazillian Jiu Jitsu focuses on Submission..

@takashiclan Don't forget that in Judo is a whole section called Ne waza, or ground techniques, with pins, and submissions.

@takashiclan - Strange - it seems that in America, judo doesn't do groundwork....hmmmm in europe and Japan I assure you it focuses equally on both - submissions included. BJJ has, however, lost the art of throwing but is otherwise derived from Judo. Check your history. How otherwise would judo players be able to compete against BJJer's in any way?
