I don't know what or who you have been watching but Beyonce absolutely always dresses appropriately. She has been dressing appropriate as long as she been in the game, so you need to run your tape back. Look at the classy suit she wore years ago when she sant Stars Spangle Banner at the Super Bowl, and follow any other upscale or classy event. You definitely hating.
