this is not rare, this version was released on one of European Versions of The Fame and I downloaded it months ago from GagaFrontRow, it was a Promo called Dirty Rich but if was after Gaga signed to Interscope, the EP featured 3 Pre-Album demos of Beautiful Dirty Rich, Paparazzi and Disco Heaven
