Dragonball: Evolution review

I've been reading some comments, and I just wanted to let you know that in this time setting where Goku was fighting Piccolo, no one knew how to fly except for Tien Shinhan, Chiatzou, and Piccolo, but since piccolo was the only one in the movie, no one else could fly. And at the end of the movie, I assumed that Goku just jumped up with the Kamehameha wave instead of flying like some people thought.

piccollo didnt want the dragonballs to rule the world. He wanted them so he could wish to be young again and this way no one could stop him

the story was very different to the cartoon

this movie destroyed the anime overall this thing sucked

minor things changed??? they changed just about everything

2 many plot holes and too many characters missing

Ahh, see i was told not to waste my time watching it by two people, than i saw another review saying it sucked. I watched it, and i couldn't finish watching it, i guess i'm not patient enough.

actually yes. the plot is pretty much the same but they just tell the story in a different way from the cartoon.

Goku getting killed by plasma gun

Goku getting revived by kamehameha

Oozaru being 1.5 the size of goku and only transforms during the eclipse

shen long nothing like he is in the manga/anime

and so on

Um they got the flying skill correct! In dragonball Goku didnt learn the flying technique yet

Not really chi chi was a fighter in the original Dragonball series (Chichi wanted goku to love her and Goku wanted to fight. So they started fighting each other then they got married and she didn't want to fight anymore cos lil gohan)

I can tell you why oozaru was only 9foot tall (FOX was very worried about how similar oozaru was to King kong (ANd was scared of copyright lawsuit from Universal)).

plus i thought the film was good for lil kids.

yeah kids probably wouldn't bother to think about any inconsistencies the movie has (i.e. building a bridge when they can just fly!) all things considered, the movie could have been a lot worse.
