Ok, there is actually a way of predicting when special animals come:

Wendel, Sahara, Pascal, Pete, Gulliver and Redd all come during the week. However, never on the same day. If you see one of them (Gulliver: daylight hours, in sky. Pascal: all day, on beach. Sahara: All day, wandering. Pete: 9:00am, in sky, Redd: in tent, all day, Joan: Sunday mornings, wandering) you will not see another that day. This also applies to Blanca-except she is easily predicted-after you use wifi.

You need to get rid of all weeds, pick up items/litter, plant loads of fruit trees until pelly/phyllis says you have too many (at which point cut them down one at a time until she no longer says so.) plant as many flowers as you can, scattered about. water flowers every day!

I'm pretty sure you can get another slingshot. I have about 10 Golden Shovels so I assume you can just shoot down 15 more. This cheat can be used to get other items too-such as Tom Nook pic, Redd's pic (I think)Totakeke (K.K.)'s pic, Safe, yeah not just the Golden Axe.

Wendell comes randomly throughout the week, but only once, not on Sundays, and not on days when Redd/Gulliver/Pete are also present. You need to plant the seeds, water them each day for three days and dig them up

@kleewally: did u get another shovel? If you have a shovel, buy another one. With either shovel, equip yourself with it and dig a hole. Then, bury the over shovel. Hope this helps!

Although getting all the Golden Tools is a great achievement, if you're REALLY desperate you can use Action Reply. You can have as many golden tools as you want then. Unlimited Bells, no Resetti, ect. Not really the way to play but it can be fun. When I play I use AR to get the Golden Tools and No Resetti, just because it's really hard to get them all, and I hate Resetti so much...
