police are being investigated for killing a mentally ill, old man. they chose to kill him with massive amount of gunfire. they didnt use tear gas, or flash explosive to get him to surrender. the man was delusional, he may of thought he was under attack and his life in jeopardy. its not known what the deputy did to provoke him to shoot her. its not known yet who fired the shot into the neighbors camper. he may of had reason to be in fear and defending himself. the deputy failed miserably.
