All bullets can cause phys lock, it just depends on how many are being rezzed at once. FRAG bullets are very low lag compared to these though, plus they have rotations disabled so they don't bounce and spin on impact. Get like 10 people on a homestead with AR2s on 1200 fire rate, and it will phys lock. But with mercz weapons you'd probably only need 5 people. *rough estimate

Lag does that in SL. Freezes bullets and everyone else in place making it hard to fight :T
