Excellent example of teacher's unions are being used to keep down minorities in education. But what would be the hidden motive? Uneducated minorities become dependent on state handouts, voting blocks are taken for granted as a result. And certain groups, on top, because of their superior education, don't welcome competition at the top of corporations. And these enemies of minorities, who pose, as friends, fire anyone who threatens their status on top. And ability to hold on to their wealth.

What better way to rip the pride right out from under a kid? I fail to see how that has anything to do with picking on any particular culture, except that pretty much all of us like to have hair. I don't think that is specific to whites, blacks, latinos or asians. Maybe you know something I don't.

The CA teachers' union use this kind of rhetoric, verbal intimidation, and accusations so they can squash any dissent. The CA teachers' Union cater to illegals so they can hire more teachers - more teachers means more dues for the Union! The problem with this policy is that most illegals do not care about education. The Union wastes billion of dollars of our tax dollars educating a group of people that do not care about education.

CA teachers' salary comes from taxes collected from businesses and most importantly college graduates - like engineers, doctors,  & scientists working for those businesses. But now we are in an economic recession businesses are closing and leaving CA - those billions of dollars we wasted on educating illegals that do not care about education cannot pay enough taxes to pay the CA teachers' union! Heck these illegals cannot even take care of themselves!

These illegals have 4 or 5 kids all on state food stamps, join gangs, do drugs, trash our schools, get pregnant and have more kids, and most importantly waste billions of billions of tax dollars on education and social services - and on top of that they do not pay any taxes - even worst most of them are on welfare!

The CA teachers Unions policy on illegals now backfires because the illegals they support do not pay taxes! The CA teachers union basically abused and raped the people that pay their salary - and they have the audacity to call us racist! The CA teachers Union are racists and discriminate against Asians. The union hire teachers that are not qualified to teach Math and Science - the qualification they require is that they speak Spanish, Bilingual, to cater to illegals.

Asian students suffer due to these lower standards. Asians comprise less than 3% of the population of CA but almost a 100% of the Engineering and Science majors at UC Schools. But increasing these Asians are not from CA; now they are from overseas - Korea, China, India, Japan ...etc. And this is sad!  Because the education from these bilingual teachers are failing them. Asian students drop out or change majors because of these lower standards due to the Union catering to illegals!

These educational policies pushed forth by the CA teachers union is the same failed policy that were used in inner city schools - reform math, bilingual teachers, ...etc. So kids from these schools do not even know how to read, write, or do basic math. Why do you think there are not black people in Engineering at UC schools? Because they are stupid? Asians are smarter? No, because the CA teachers Union failed them!

The teacher's Union just wants their money, in fact as far as all these cuts in education go, there were teachers willing to take cuts in pay but the teacher's union said no so instead a lot of teachers are being fired.
