05 SpecV vs 07 SpecV

Nice race but what kind of mods does the 05 SpecV have? Because the 07 should have kept up with you better than he did if not beat you by a little bit. I was just curious because I thought it would be a better race between the 2. But good race either way.

LOL...uhh simply? not quite pretty big pain in the butt, you need to remove the battery, loosen cowl cover and try not to break anything as you squeeze that big ugly airbox out. the dyno sheet that came with my intake showed a near 7hp increase at the wheels (K&N Typhoon) in my 2010 Spec-V, how much more did you dyno on a drop-in air filter...uhh, maybe I've misread your post, but where did you drop it in if you removed the airbox??

hahah Nice! i have the 08 Sentra SER and it's a beast dude. All i have is an intake in it but for some odd reason i stay smoking the hell out of cars, especially hondas and acura's. I drive from Vegas to Cali every other week and i stay racing up and down I-15 lol I dont know why but nothing makes me feel better then smoking the hell out of an Acura hahaha nice cars though man

i kinda like the b15s, kinda like the b16s, i think they should've like lowered the roofline or changed the headlights or something to give it a bit of sporty appeal... other than that i like the whole smoked head/tail lights when stock...

it maybe be a driver's race between the 2 cars but i like the 08 better now.. an this is only one race was the the b16 stock in this race cause i know that b15 had to be fully bolted or more..

yeah i mean they are ok looking once they are lowered and some nice rims. i had intake and exhaust.. he was stock. doesnt really make a difference in power on my car..

I bought a 2006 nissan SER and was dissapointed. I had friends who had early 90's SER's and they seemed sooo fast when I was younger.

i have to dis-agree i use to think the 02-06 were faster. but i recentley traded my 06 which had header intake an cat-back exhaust with no cats. for the 08 an it is faster 175 hp vs 200 even modded with headrs an exhaust an intake aint gonna get it to 200.

well as i've seen not even the new sentra's hit the 200 mark. so im sure they are even. i do agree that stock vs stock the new one is faster. i've raced a different 08 with i/h/e and we were neck to neck

nice race spec people.... i have to agree the b15 and b15a chasis are much faster off the dig... compare with the b16qr25DE what i like about the 07 spec is the high end of the motor. finally nissan already figured out that the motor had still pontential to rev a lil higher... also no offense guys the b16 is much heavier than the b15

Nice car you have to have some shit under that hood to take out a 07 spec-v, i should know i had a 04 and then i had a 07 but know i drive a 08 spec-v.
