I Remember seeing this movie when I was about 10. It terrified me (Maybe it was the whole cyborg thing). I'll never get that beeping noise out of my head. But 18 years later I can't help but find myself wanting to watch it again. I had been searching all over the internet, its good to know that I am not the only person that remembers this movie.

I have watched The Vindicator about 10 times back in the late 80s...
