Brazilian jiu-Jitsu claims to be the most practical method of self defense for the street but what's gonna happen when you encounter multiple attackers which often happens in street fights...you will take your first attacker to the ground and then you'll get your skull broke by the others!!

I really wish Rickson had stepped up to face more serious fighter, he had amazing amounts of talent - could have been a revolutionary guy with his submissions, athleticism, and aggression. Brazilian jiu-Jitsu claims to be the most practical method of self defense for the street but what's gonna happen when you encounter multiple attackers which often happens in street fights...you will take your first attacker to the ground and then you'll get your skull broke by the others!!

why not just use it to get back up or not even go to the ground? throw the guy and back up? or strike until he tries to clinch and you can then prevent it from going to the ground? :D maybe you have no idea wtf your talking about?
