If you think about it, Rapture's entire concept is dreadfully flawed from the start. Without morals, especially in medicine and science, other's rights are often infringed upon. It's pretty spectacular.

@faron592 actually at the end of this game Jack return to the surface world (changes based on ending), in bioshock 2 you play as the first big daddy (delta) to successfully bond with a little sister. Jack and delta have nothing to do with each other.
