yeah i found a deflated one of those in the outback when i was a kid, its a. meterology device. Aside from the ballon that needs no description the object beneath is an aluminum sheilded foam folding pyramid. The one i found had no technical equipment attached.
Weather balloon, hence the electronic equipment hanging below it. In certain conditions they can rise extremely slowly, as must have been the case here.
And the "balloon inside a balloon" is just an optical illusion because of the distance between it and your camera.
It does not, it is just on a smaller scale so it is less obvious than the much larger balloon. At 0:52 you cans see an example of this.
Believe me, I'm not trying to be an ass about this. I believe in UFOs as much as the next guy, but I also have a background in meteorology and have seen more weather balloons than the average person should.
i agree that this is some sort of man made device,i was just trying to show a lot of ufo vids on utube are more than likely the same sort of thing,i also agree that there are real ufos
