here in Brazil, some people put a mixture of glue and crushed glass on the wires of their kites when they're going to play with them. the purpose is cutting the wires of other kites. but there've already been many accidents, of people who are walking or riding bikes or motorcycles and having their necks cut. some of these accidents aren't serious, but a person could have their heads cut off if a person uses a wire with that mixture in it.
