Many years ago I was at work in a supervisor's office with 3 or 4 other folks (for reasons I don't recall), and we were there standing together when this song came over a tiny clock radio on a desk that was right there before us. I once saw a documentary on C,S.N &Y. At times Neil Young was always trying to get them to do recordings or gigs and Crosby was to always to stoned or not interested. It was probably more frustration on Neil Young's part to go solo...could you imagine the back up vocals of Crosby and Nash on the Harvest album?

it's upsetting to watch these videos where C,S,N, and especially Y are all so up there in age. to me, being young, they symbolize such vibrant young energy. To see them so old is upsetting because it seems as if they're being cheated by time, that it's sucking the life out of them and i dread the day i hear on the radio that neil or stephan dies. It's not just music like this that doesn't exist anymore, it's a stretch to find PEOPLE that exist like these guys have.

I also saw the "reunion" tour of CSN when David Crosby got out of jail - forget the year.

Those were the days....
