I will forever hate Microsoft for taking Halo 2 down. Halo 2 was the best-of-the-best and that is when the Halo series peaked. Microsoft is always talking about how they do everything for the fans. Well why dont they actually listen and bring back Halo 2. And I mean the original version, not some remastered thing. I want the same graphics, maps and glitches. This is so beautifl. The reason Halo 2 was so much fun was the fact that you could play 1 v 1 for hours on end just trying to crazy stuff just to be like :Phurion' or "Plastic Spoons" same as COD 4 people wanted to be just like zzirGrizz. I think that is the problem thye keep maing it so there are less and less glitches so it's more straight forward which has lost the fun gaming feel. I would play Halo 2 online any day over any other game online.

@chris1129s by updated do u mean map-wise? if so, u can get the Halo 2 map Pack disc online for cheap. The maps are usable on XBConnect. They just install onto the halo 2 file on the hard drive. then, they are on the normal halo 2 disc. i use those maps all the time

xbconnect com install the app, setup an account user name. make sure the xbox is on the same network as the pc. make sure XBC can see your console, then join a game and load halo 2 go to system link, find game and if you can see the game and there you go. you are set to play

What we want, is a VIDEO GAME, that plays like a VIDEO GAME. With things that require the player to use his skill, and talent to improve and own up on people with good weapons. to tell you the truth halo reach reminds me alot of halo 2 they went back to hitscan and brought back some old maps... however i still miss halo 2 quite a bit.
