once again entertainment comes before peoples welfare. Not surprising but still sad. How can the olympics continue? do the athletes not know what IOC really represents? It would be cool to see some of the athletes opinions on what the IOC really means to them. Of course I would imagine that would be hard to pull off considering its kind of like telling off you boss.

People better wake up and protest before its too late and we become a police state like the UK and the US.Who the hell do these people think they are, taking away our rights whenever they feel like it.Time to vote them out of office and put some new leaders in that listen to what we the people want ,instead of what their elite leaders want.

I here ya man. This province is so messed up and no one even realizes it... either that or they are too busy making ends meat do anything about it. Gordon Cambell sold our province to banks and corperations... they sold our rivers... how do you sell a river?
Anyways.. the olympics are going to be interesting, 17,000 additional police and security officers, and right at the tail end of flu season.
