thats a longnose gar... not a 'gar pike'. Gar and pike are not even remotely related to one another. Two totally different species of fish. Cool fish none the less!

"Gar Pike" is the common name of the Long Nose Gar in Ontario,
even though it is no more a pike, than a walleye is a pickeral.
