I've been sining Silent Night in Arapaho since I was 3yrs old. While she sings beautifully, the words are being pronounced in a way that makes it very difficult to understand. But it's great that she's promoting Native Languages!

I'm going to cry. This is also my first time hearing our Arapaho language sung so that people around the people can hear it.

As most of you know, Arapaho and Cheyenne languages are becoming extinct, and it will break my heart to know that our young people do not speak their languages fluently. So I encourage all peoples of Native North America to learn your languages. Arapahos say, "Heh chenau haubehth'ehn." (I will see you again) Ha ho, Jana for bringing our fading language into the public.
