I think one of the best ways to deal with it is to delete and block them off facebook lol I know sounds silly but it really works.. When you break up with someone you tend to keep trolling their fb page look at what new girl friends were added to his friends list and you think all these things like "omg he left me for her etc" You'll see too much going on like if girls are writing on his wall it'll just drive you crazy.. Try it lol outta sight outta mind , Worked greeat for me :)
