  • They're both good movies but a Tale of Two Sisters goes deeper into the plot and has a deeper twist. The Uninvited is good on it's own, and i do like that movie too, but i much more prefer a Tale of Two Sisters

  • Hmm, I do like both of the movies, though A Tale of Two Sisters is... much deeper. The Uninvited is a good movie, if you don't compare it to the original Korean film. Of course, it's hard not to compare the two.

  • What is "Tale of Two Sisters" even about, and how does it differ from "Univited"???

  • on a side note: the original makes you realize just how destructive HATE can be. just look at what happened to the main girl. the original was really tragic. never seen the uninvited, but i doubt it is of the same caliber

  • The Uninvited is not that good. Actually, it sucks.

  • the uninvited is much better it is my favourite movie

  • Every single American horror movie that comes out nowadays are from an adaptation of the Asian's version. What the heck. Korean version hands down. It was way more suspenseful and intriguing.

  • This Film (original) DOES make sense... the problem is that it takes AAAGGEEEES for the plot to unwrap. I mean... i fell asleep in the middle of it, watched it to the end the next day and thought "omg, what a piece of crap!". Seriously, if you like loadsa scenes where NOTHING happens, watch the korean original. And YES... i GOT it! It's all in her *censored so i dun spoil it*

  • @benZZZgomeZZZ The plot doesn't take ages to unwrap it just does it subtly in a way that builds suspense and make's the viewer wonder what's going on. By the way, it's still a spoiler if you take out one word.

  • @benZZZgomeZZZ You probably think that way because you are used to cheap Hollywood made flicks. It´s like eating candy: The sugarhigh gives you a kick but does´nt really offer any real nourishment.

  • I've only seen the American version, I'm going to watch the Korean version now. I liked The Uninvited, it was totally creepy. I just found out that it's a remake, and for some reason it didn't surprise me that much. Many good American horror movies are remakes. But the original version is usually the best :)

  • asian versions are always the superb ones

american remakes are all about this. "special effects, not giving credit to the original source, shitty acting, and trying to make the plot as easy as possible to make sure us simple minded american folks understand"

  • Korean version hands down. The american version is too dummied down. The Korean version was way more suspenseful and had more puzzle to it than "The Uninvited." Plus, the American version felt they had to add in more stuff just to make it more interesting. The Korean version didn't need it because it was that naturally bad-ass ^^ I hate how Americans feel they need to see explosions, or cute half naked girls to make a good horror movie.

  • 4:04well...you know what they say...dont cry over spilled blood :P

  • a tale of two sisters is one of my favorite movies

and my mom said the american remake SUCKED!!!!!

    (...not word-for-word though) :)

  • What I hated the most about the remake was that it didn't have the same hauntingly emotional beauty of the original. The original made me cry so hard but the remake was just building up to be the same suspense film we've seen over and over again. =/

  • the american version helped me understand wtf was going on in the korean one lol

  • personally i liked the american version better but the original is just plain amazing...bravo to whoever came up with the plot...bravo

  • the remake is to Americanized, it ended up as just a cheap scary flick...A tale of two sisters is psychological thriller with a twist (sort of like fight club)that played with its audience sense and thoughts. The Uninvited have boobs and gore. Comparing these two is like comparing a Harvard master degree holder and a burger king best fry cooker certificate

  • the american one is good i guess but its too common and its too obvious + its the remake .

the korean one is way better because its the origianl +the story was put in a better way and the sound track is amazing .

a tale of 2 sistersis better

  • People should realise that just because you don't understand it, doesn't make it bad. If anything it makes it GOOD. I don't understand a film, I watch it over and over and if it leaves me wondering about events and trying to work things out it's done it's job at making me continue to think about it even after its finished. I think people have been fed dumbed down plots from hollywood far too much. I suggest you go watch more films from other countries to get a better appreciation of film.

  • The uninvited sucked. Tale of 2 sis was much better.

  • - GO ASiANS ! LOL

  • I just watched the koreon version last night. ATOTS had definatley more horror suspense then the uninvited. It had a darker setting, the characters were dark and mysterious and the stepmom was way more insano then the uninvited, and it was CREEPY! The uninvited though did have more of a mystery sense to it. Like an unsolved puzzel. I liked how she went totally nuts and killed everybody, where ATOTS was more about her guilt for not being their when her sister died.

  • I can't remember the last time I have watched a film and gone over clips and parts of the film over and over again like I have with A Tale of Two Sisters. The DVD 2 disc collectors edition has over an hour worth of extras to help you understand the story

The Univited is okay but once I had seen it I wouldn't want to watch it again.

  • i love korean movies but in this case for me, who likes psychological thriller movies, the uninvited is better because it has a clear ending. i understood it the first time i watched it. but the tale of two sisters, i watched it like more than twenty times but i still can't understand it. i'm not actually scared of any horror movies so i can't tell which of the two is scary. i just watch horror movies because of its mystery.

  • @denniskurama7 Is it really that hard to understand ? I got " Tale of the 2 sisters " the first time I saw it ( needed a lot of brain storming though ) and I must say it's better. Because the uninvited was too easy to predict which really decreased the excitement but with "tale of the 2 sisters " I only understood it at the very end. I guess IQ really matter here. Or perhaps you just did not know how to function your brain at all.

  • @aclock2 i undestood a few things at the end of tale of two sisters but there're still so many questions left in my mind like ' why didn't the mistress help MGY?'..etc, etc...

  • @aclock2 you should respect other people's opinion 'cause not all people are the same..

  • @aclock2 I'm just curious, since you brought up the "IQ'" thing, what's you're IQ then?

  • @denniskurama7 123, average, what important is I use it very often.

  • @aclock2 oh, so that's why you're so full of yourself because you "use it very often". well, that's above average, don't be a hypocrite. mine's above that, though and i also use it often but i don't want to boast more. i just wanna tell you 'cause you're so full of yourself.

  • @denniskurama7 "Mine is above that" I think you are the one who are full of yourself here. Also, base on your previous comments I don't think you used your brain when watching this movie.

  • @denniskurama7 Phew! You should never EVER watch Mulholland Drive then:)

  • @Nekhet Why? I've watched the trailer but it's not interesting enough for me..

  • @denniskurama7 Well, because that movie is one big mindfuck right from the beginning. I had to watch it several times just to figure out half of what was going on. But I still love it:)

  • A Tale of Two Sisters all the way ! I didn't understand it the first time when I saw it, but when I looked it up on Wikipedia , I kind of understood it a little bit better . I liked the Uninvited as well but It wasn't as good as A Tale of Two Sisters

    ~ DBSKSHINEESUJUSNSDWG

  • what are hollywood thinking? EVERY SINGLE REMAKE of korean/japanese/whatever horror films that they make get most people say "the originals better... why even bother making a remake? So people dont have to read?".... honestly.

  • i think that the german voices are better than the american...^^

    not sure^^

  • No one mentions that the soundtrack for A Tale Of Two Sisters was SO much better than the Uninvited garbage. Byung Woo Lee is a genius composer and comes up with the most poignant and beautiful of melodies for the films he works on, including the Korean horror film Hansel and Gretel (2007). Listen to both of these soundtracks, as well as his soundtrack for The Host (2006 monster film) and you will be a fan of his for life!

  • korean, the americans even kinda picked girls who resembled the korean actresses...

  • yeah i saw both movies and "making of" and the comments from both directors in regards to the movie. in the uninvited they took out everything that made tale of two sisters so good (haunting regrets from both sister and stepmother, moody house and environment, etc.) and left it with an empty shell of a movie.

  • i dont get how noone understood tales of 2 sisters it was right there im not the brightess color in the box but i understood it

  • I havent seen the uninvited yet but it looks like a TOTALLY different movie with just a few similar scenes from ATOTS....(like the bruises on the arm or the hand under the cabinet....or the ghost) The uninvited looks more like it should be called The Stepmom....just my thougths so far!

  • the uninvited was better to me, it was more suspenseful and the story flowed easier!

  • "A tale of two sisters" makes your brain work and formulate hypotheses about each thing that happens; "The Uninvited" doesn't, I think that the remake is better for stupid people whom dont want to exert their thought.

  • @LullabyMassacre i like ur opinion.. yup A Tale Of Two Sister left many questions, but that's the interesting part of Asian movies and if you're stupid you would not understood even though many times you watch it. As information, I took 3 times watching it until I understand XD

  • The original is always better, whether you understand it or not. They came up with the idea in the first place. America (damn it, my home country) copied it, haha.

  • The UNINVITED !!!!! <3 <3 <3 is better!!!

  • A tale of two sisters is da best, it's at my house right now. Click on dat little video next to the comment section called "A tale of Two Sisters (Korean Version) Part 1 Subbed" and U WONT REGRET IT. I luv this movie and rly just didnt enjoy the uninvited. In the uninvited the main character/crazy berserk person kills people. In a tale of two sisters, well its hard to explain. just watch!

  • The Ring was actually a very good remake, but then they remade Ju-On: The Grudge which pushed it. Now they make all of these crap remakes like The Uninvited. Seriously Americans, we don't mind reading subtitles off an excellent movie if thats gunna stop you making crappy remakes.

  • The original, and the remake of course have the same concept when it comes to the sisters, and the death of the mothers, but I think the they both were equally great but for different reasons! Unvited does give u a clearer image from the gitgo, but ToTS was definitely more frightning, and phsycological (if that makes any sense)lol . Both movies are shocking tho. One movie doesnt give away the other, either. I wish i could type my point out a lil better but im on my fon lol... Good Trailer vids tho:)

  • i thought the ring remake was better than the original though i did watch the american one first so watching the original wasnt so scary

  • most of the time original is always better

  • im sorry but a tale of two sisters does make sense, its absolutely brilliant, its the perfect psychological horror which leaves you guessing even after the movie has ended. No American remake will ever compare and quite frankly i dont want to watch the uninvited seeing as it seems lame and will just ruin the original

  • I love ATOTS. I can understand why people feel it is confusing, it makes a lot more sense every time you watch it, but you do kind of have to watch it multiple times. It's not one of those movies you can watch once and instantly comprehend. Which is also why I like it. The little subtle hints that they drop throughout the film leading to the end twist, it's brilliant. I've never seen the american remake, and I doubt I ever will :P I'm biased.

  • to be honest, i loved ATOTS , justed watched it today acutally. but if you told me that Uninvited was suppose to be a remake of it, i wouldn't believe it. The american version was okay, but i dont get how people can get so emotional and disrespectful over which is better. But i do love ATOTS way better.

  • The Korean movie is a masterpiece, Kim Jee-woon is a great director ("A Bittersweet Life" a great movie too !)... The Uninvited is just an american joke for teeneger.

  • I saw the american version...and i didnt think it was scary...maybe a somewhat psychological thriller.....but not a scary movie.... now the tale of two sisters seems soooo scary specially since it is japanese.....plus...just the commerical is scary ....i can just imagine the movie...

  • @belovedrebel22 ...actually, "A Tale of Two Sisters" is a South Korean production, not Japanese.

  • @geekeing oh ok... i didnt know that...thanx

  • Well to me the uninvited isnt muce of a remake cause they changed so muce of it, they only did the same plot, a sick sister who hates her stepmom. the unintived didnt leave any questines out because as u can see it put the scences in different places to show what happin the unintived just made the movie look stupid and gory in my opinion

  • prefiero la koreana toda una vidaa!*:D

  • I just watched a Tale of Two Sisters.

The movies themselves have very different story lines.

They don't actually have very many similarities.

Other than one sister being dead through out the movie.

    I liked The Uninvited better.

But A Tale of Two Sisters was much more realistic.

  • A Tale of Two Sisters FTW.

The Uninvited = pure sensationalistic crap.

  • original - of course. I understood it and it changed my life ----> from Hungary

  • I prefered the unninvited movie

because it has a psicological fear,

with no so many blood and the story is good.

  • Man i like both films because there pretty good a tale of two sisters is scary and really psychological while the uninvited was tragic. Its a remake but it seems that it only used the storys main plot about her beng crazy and hating the stepmom.

  • I've seen the Uninvited and I loved it,but the Korean version looks really good,to decide,I'll have to see it. :)

  • Asians have a feel for Real horror movies ;P

  • (a band vs. the cover band)

    originals always better

  • i like both movies. I want to know why in a tale of two sisters, in the end the real step-mother gets attacked by some super natural force. everything made sense until that. Also, i saw the uninvited, bt when i watched ATOTS i didn't know thats where it came from but figred it out myself. So it's really not that hard to undertand.

  • @anix3L

Well, when the wardrobe toppled over onto Su yeon, the stepmom didnt help her and left her there. So when da REAL stepmom went to the house alone, she was attacked by the ghost of Su yeon for revenge. Possibly even killed.

  • @MegaAwesomeMLC Payback´s a bitch eh?

  • @Nekhet

    yea true...

  • i really hate the twist of the uninvited!!! >:/

  • its not really horror like oooh ur suposed to be scared. its more of a psychological thriller. the original is more sad than the remake in my opinion. =/

Spoiler. the step mother wanted to kill the mother of the girls, she didnt know the younger sister was really under the dresser. =/

  • I'm really sick of people saying they hated a remake just cause they changed so much in it. Of course they're going to! It always happens. They "remade" it into something different. It's been going on for a while now so people should stop complaining. They're not gonna stop with remakes so everyone might as well get use to it.

  • @BeNotNobody14 First, sorry for may bad english.

No problem with the remaks basicly. The problem is that the american remakes see you as a dumb, an idiot in emotional and cogitation sense, a simple consumer, who buy the ticket (and make profit) greater probability if the film is simplified. The original require intelligence, thinking and psichological sense..

The Uninvited is a simple american shit, empty, barren, easy product.

  • @BeNotNobody14 ... but if you are a costumer, who grown up only american filmculture, than you never will undertand what i am talking about.

  • THE UNINVITED=]

  • The american remake is a simplified shit (as usual), the original is a masterpiece.

  • i saw both, i really loved a tale of two sisters i own it but i also think the remake was really good even though alot changed.

  • Uh, why are the subtitles totally not matching what they are actually saying? Anyway, I really like A Tale of Two Sisters and I'm not sure I want to see the remake.

  • My thoughts on the two movies:

A tale of two sisters had a story line that was more thought out and darker visuals.

The Uninvited was not as dark and the story line was totally off than that of Tale of Two Sisters.

Both movies showed the delusions differently. but that is just the main point. The sister has a split-personality disorder.

The Victor: Tale of Two Sisters <3

  • I don't know why people said ATOTS was difficult to understand. Pretty simple to me.

It's good to watch it again to fully understand other characters' point of view.

  • was that actually the sub for the movie?

    it looked almost completely wrong...

  • lol... no contest

the tale of two sisters wins, hands down...

    ;D

...but nice video editing, btw ;)

  • The Korean film is 1000000000000x better than the American.

  • The tale of two sisters is=better

  • ppl sayin bad things about tale of 2 sist are indeed IDIOTS!This isn't about"personal opinions"any more, wake up!It's an opinion saying about a movie it's bad.But saying a movie is bad just because it doesn't make sense when it actually DOES is not an opinion anymore, it's just STUPID!Just because you are not capable to understand it doesn't make it bad.Of course,no one would ever admit this, because the stupidity is shameful. How can u ppl even compare this masterpiece with this uninvited crap?

  • Yeah It Makes Alot Of Sence In The Tale Of Two Sisters You Just Have To Understand It

  • @caiet1 it kinda seems like your very closed to other people's "opinions" of the movie. it was wonderful but there is no need to get that worked up over it.

  • @caiet1 can you explain me whats going of Tale of two sisters? cause I just cant understand this xD

  • Comment removed

  • I watched both of them, but I think Tale of Two Sisters was too hard to understand sometimes. I had to watch it several times and I still didn't get it. The American version was easier to understand and it actually made sense, although it did not make sense at all.. But Tale of Two Sisters just left a million questions unanswered.

  • I get what ya mean but that's kinda why I like Tale of Two Sisters better... By looking at the other comments you can obviously see that everybody has a different opinion. I do get where you're coming from though. =)

  • @Yoochun5543 well that's the thing with asian flicks...they don't need to make sense...when america takes on remaking foreign films they add more story to it...

  • @inkredyble Nah, Asian flick focus a lot on making sense, but that sense must be really hard to understand. The American version make it easier to get, but it's also decrease the horror and mystery elements. I guess American people are too lazy in functioning their brain.

  • @Yoochun5543 I had to find the answer from others' comment too lol

  • yes it's hard to understand, but that doesn't mean it made no sense ! it only means it made no sense FOR YOU !

there are no questions unanswered btw.

  • True, it made no sense to me at all ^^'

My questions after the first time I watched Tale of Two Sisters was:

    1. how and when did Su-Yeon die?

    2. Why is their stepmother such a freak?

    3. Whats up with the dead hand that comes from under the sink?

    4. Why was there some creepy person coming from the closet?

    5. Who was that creepy person?

  • umm...i'll try to help ;)

    1. she was crushed by a closet when she saw that her mom committed suicide ;(

(cryed like a BABY @ that part)

    2. ...the weird-step-mom was always a freak... (period)

    3. i think that's the spirits of Su-Yeon & her mom, haunting the house & well, you kno scary films always need something out-of-the-ordinary... i guess the creepy-hand is popluar...

    4. the person, im guessing was either Su-Yeon or her mom, which is #5

    ...hope that helped ;)

  • the hand was su yeon reaching for help

  • @waerii

    Well, sort of contains spoilers!!

    1. Watch the ending of ATOTS. The part where a giant wardrobe falls on her.

    2. Delusion

    3. Delusion

    4. Delusion (or mom, depending on which part of the movie)

    5. Well, I'll just say delusion also. There were many creepy people.

  • SPOILERS!!!!

    1. A while ago, after seeing her mom kill herself. She pulled the closet on top of her.

    2. The stepmom is the other sister, i dont know her name... she was a schizophrenic, and su yeon, the step mom and the older sister were the same person.

    3. I dont remember, sorry!

    4. The real step mom was seeing the ghost of su yeon, who she technically killed by not helping her when she was trapped.

    5. Probably su yeons ghost

  • @YellowTurtle13

She didn't pull the closet on top of herself on purpose! she was kinda panicking, i mean her mom hung herself in the wardrobe. You would kinda freak out!

  • @MegaAwesomeMLC I didn't really mean it that way, I guess I just worded it wrong. Sorry for confusion haha

  • the reason ToTS was hard to understand was it was difficult to tell which scenes were Reality and which were Delusion. The confusion is further compounded if you think this is a ghost story and not a psychological horror story. Yes, The Uninvited was a simpler storyline and it did make sense. What about the Uninvited did not make sense for you?

  • @waerii

well, a movie is good, when it makes you think. the tale of two sisters is a hard movie, you have to use your little brain to understand what happens and why. anyway, they explain everything in the end, so... :D use google if you still don't get it.

  • @waerii a lot of asian movies will leave you with questionmarks. I think that adds an extra scare factor.

  • @waerii Go on IMDB there was a user there who explained *everything* and I can't imagine this being better.

  • @waerii i agree !!:))

  • You obviously don't understand A Tale of Two Sister then... or haven't even watched it.

  • what the heck.... the subtitles are sooooo.... wrong~

  • yeah...when I made this, my korean was total crap (I didn't sub it though) and I just watched it again....I now see how bad it is. I might try to find the correct translation....Sorry about it though. It was a stupid mistake. I'll try to fix it.

  • I love both of them so much! i think they're both so good, but i have to go with the Korean.

  • korean of course!

  • i saw the uninvited first and i fell in love with it!

it was a really good movie and emily browning was a cutie!!

i had to watch a tale of two sisters because i saw how a lot of people were hating on the uninvited..

i thought it was a good movie also, theyre both really different from each other..theres not that much to compare.

i see how people get angry because the uninvited is a remake or watever..i dont really care wat it is, as long as it keeps me intertained ha.

so thats wat i think. :)

  • as soon as i started watching the uninvited and got the jist of what was going on i got pissed, stopped the movie, and demanded my money back.

  • i think tale of two sisters, because asian horror movies are like.... psicological horror an the american are more like "the ghost is coming 4 u beware!!" so, i prefer psyco horror

  • Exactly! I totally agree with you

  • I thought tale of two sisters showed too much, and it would have been scarier if they hadn't seen the ghosts and just heard them or something. I didn't like how they showed solid entities. But the rest of the movie was great

  • I think both were good in their own way. The Uninvited had added their own plot in it, and i think it was good as well. The last part of the movie was pretty haunting and cleared up alot of doubts i had. Uninvited, i presume, is more to catering to the American audience too. Tales was kind of confusing, but it felt like i could relate more to it tho and scarier. There were a few good scares in the movie and i liked it. The soundtracks of both songs were amazing too! Love it.

  • I think American people should see the original version in American theaters with subs. I am tired of remakes. People are missing out on such good film making and deep story lines.

  • they all look young, idk if theres even a step mom in there.

    refering it to the uninvited.

i have no idea whats going on, but i can arleady say that i know for sure that the koren verison WILL make me scared shitless.

  • The original one is much better at making you crumble in fear. Scenes like the dream, the kitchen et.c is what makes Tales a better horror movie imo.

America pretty much copied the movie, which was smart, but couldn't keep the tense pressure tales offered, more spooky scenes.

In defense though i believe the grudge(first) is an excellent remake. Most other remakes sucks though.

  • I havent seen the take of two sisters but it really looks like the original will be better (but when has that ever not been true). I plan to watch it as soon as possible!

  • i like tale of two sisters

  • The Uninvited was pretty decent. Way better than other asian remakes like The Grudge or Shutter. I thought A Tale Of Two Sisters was astonishing. The Uninvited was pretty ok for what it was, i thought they made the storyline well because it followed the korean one without changing the entire thing and the US version twisted it up a bit. The Uninvited will never be better than A Tale Of Two Sisters but it is a good attempt and much better than One Missed Call, Shutter, The Grudge, etc.

  • TALE OF TWO SISTERS!!!!!

  • The American version could never capture one essential thing in every Asian horror remakes they attempted. That sad, haunting feeling after the movie ends..I dont find the ATOTS scary.. Just very depressing I guess with all those sufferings..

  • i didn't know they had any thing to do with each other lol i realy want to see the univited if its anything like the tale of two sisters

  • Pretty much the only thing that remains the same is the BASIC plot. I didn't like it because it wasn't the best remake but my brother(who has never seen the tale of two sisters) thought it was pretty good. I think I really depends on what you're looking for in it.

  • THAT'S why I waited to see ATOTS after I saw The Uninvited so i could have an honest open mind. i didn't find it to be "dumbed down", but re-imagined to fit the american culture. Also i found it hilarious that half of the shots from the trailer of ATOTS weren't even in the final product and that scary music wasn't in there at all. That trailer was just propaganda lol. (the actual music was so much better) All in all though, both are really good movies in different ways if you have an open mind

  • I think you're right about it being changed to fit the American culture...BUT I still don't think me seeing the Uninvited first would have helped. I guess the problem for me was that the Uninvited was more of a tragic story while Tale of 2 sisters is a horror story.

  • The only reason why I say to watch the american version first is so that you don't have high expectations going in to see it. I think it's also safe to say that I'd call them both tragic stories with a hint of Hitchcock inspiration. The music for ATOTS is just too emotional and heart-grabbing too just be classified as horror, but then again that's just my own opinion. It's still a great video that you put together though.

  • AMERICAN.

  • This Was posted on My B-Day..

    lol

    and

    THE UNINVITED

  • still stalking you

  • Freak =D

  • the uninvited 2008 was really good and so was a tale of two sisters but the original just has some creepy feeling to it when you watch it while the remake makes you scared in some parts but over all there both very good films

  • I didnt get da Korian one. . .

  • The story is the same as the American one. The girl has multiple personalities and her sister and that lady are her other personalities. If you search for it I am sure you could find a better explanation.

  • The stories are not the same... The Korean version has the older daughter having multiple personalities and the American version has the younger sister thinking her sister is still alive. The American version was tailored to fit an American audience. I think they did a good job of it. Both stories were good and no matter which movie you watched first, it still had a surprise ending because they each had a different reason for what happened.

  • the original was amazing. it really made you think. the uninvited was also very good however i feel like it was dumbed down a little bit.

  • I haven't seen the asian version, but the american the uninvited is awesome

  • i watched the tales of two sisters ages ago nd cant remember the story..but i know i used to think that it is confusing...

recently i've watched the uninvited american version, is not bad..dun really like the ending..lol

  • I'll watch the uninvited just to compare it but i wont go to the cinema to watch it (just come out in the UK) i own the korean version and love it, hope its not been changed too much..

  • i just watched the US version.. and it was pretty good.. but dont compare it to the original..

Korean are AWESOME on making their movies, and the KOREAN version was a masterpiece. :)

im just confuse knowing that the movie "THE UNINVITED" was a remake of "A TALE OF TWO SISTERS" i really thought the US version is a remake of the same name korean horror movie "THE UNINVITED" do you guys get me?? lol

ive watched the korean "THE UNINVITED" movie too.. soo im kinda confused. lol.

  • I'm confused by the same thing :O I watched the korean "uninvited" and thought that it has something to do with ATOTS 'cause I had heard that the american remake will be called "the uninvited".... but of course it hadn't anything to do with ATOTS and it was confuuusing! -_- I haven't seen the american uninvited, it would be nice to see, but the trailer is SO NOT scary, while ATOTS was one of the scariest (an best) movies that I've seen ^^

  • lol....I understand your confusion. I've seen both ATOTS and the Korean Uninvited. Quite confusing when the American production named their movie also Uninvited. No doubt they didn't know about the Korean movie of the same title, though not of the same storyline.

  • korea`s rules

  • so does she imagine her sister just like Anna does in the uninvited?

  • Yeah.

  • I've seen the korean version and it was awesome.Well I guess I'll watch the american version as well to compare.

  • i haven't seen the korean ver yet but im willing to give it a try omg it was werid at the end of the American ver one lol hope u get to see the americsn one. it was pertty good actully.

  • well i love the movie the uninvited but i never watch a tale of two sister so i dont know what is better but the uninvited in really nice movie!!

  • ohthisishardcore

the original is a masterpiece of art, the photography, the acting, the story, the music, everything is just so perfect and scary... i dont even want to watch this crap.

  • odio los remakes, aunque hay algunos que sin son buenos. Pero este no es el caso, la coreana es mucho mejor.

  • A Tale of Two Sisters was so messed up :P its probably one of my all time favourite movies. Im willing to give The Uninvied a chance though. So hopefully its good D:

  • I know what you mean.

I still haven't seen it (I know I am behind on everything) but I think I have stopped hopping for a good remake and started to hope for a good movie...If that makes any sense =)

  • the uninvited wouldve been so much better if they had ended it when alex came out and said i did what i had to do. it was so stupid to throw that twist in although it did make everyone go oh nice twist. i just didnt like the ending so much.

  • It's a remake, the original has the same ending.

  • the korean version is much better i think. im from korea and i watched it and i watched the uninvited so i think the original one is much better.

  • the original is a masterpiece of art, the photography, the acting, the story, the music, everything is just so perfect and scary... i dont even want to watch this crap.

  • if u loved the uninvited, please go to my videos and watch my video about the sisters, Alex and Anna. I think it turned it really well!

  • tale of two sisters was sad, emotional, TERRIFYING, and really sad, and it's really deeep. somethng u won;'t forgot.

    i love it the most.
