i worked at homeless shelter and what i found out a lot of homeless people do not want to do better, their r so many shelter open their door to homless and some of them refuse to sleep in shelter, in big metro cites shelter get plenty food and some homeless people get food stamp. some homeless people sell what every given to them if it can be sold. they want help keep shelter clean, if homeless person been homeless for years something wrong
