I think Caleb's guitar is a Gibson 335. Gibson makes a 235 but not a 325.

@Mismag288 its a 325, but its got a different control panel, with a backing plate like a scratch plate, and its also got miniature humbuckers, ive never actually used on with mini humbuckers, but I know that es 335 and 325 are great

@bestmusiclists Thank you for this comment, I'm so sick of people talking about how this decade sucked so much. Thats the new cool thing to say on youtube. I feel like saying to all those people stop listening to mainstream radio and go to a record store or spend some time on youtube and check out some bands because we have had some great bands come out of the last decade, Music is still alive and well !!!

The description of how seemingly simple this song really is is kinda cool. One thing I really love about their music is the stuff behind the vocals (of course Caleb's voice is awesome too). Less is more, I suppose.

The gospel song he's talking about is pretty old and can be found in most old church hymnals. I'm pretty sure there are tons of versions of it. If you search up "when the role is called up yonder" you will probably find it.

@zoezo if u watch tlahina skies they play a whole jamming session on this version of the song with all of the band- i agree it sounded awesome but something about bit didnt fit with the rest of the album

I would really have loved to hear the original song recorded as it was at 0:25 .....not over thought and over produced as it turned out. That's when Kings of Leon were at their best, when their raw ideas were recorded and put out on to a record.
