  • hmmm could it be a ram failure then? judging by the if you squeeze it it works that would seem like a connection loose. That could mean RAM is displaced somehow , one of the ram slots is broken or the actual motherboard is broken.

  • Yes, since I have replaced the battery it started behave much better. Sometimes it still happens though. Also, I found that if I squeeze the laptop a bit before turning it on, it turns on correctly.

  • @draketubeyou Hey, the some thing hapnd to my computer so i got it re-imaged and it didnt help and the bad thing was it only happened at home and not at school so i couldnt show the techs what was wrong. so i continued to use sleep at school and turn it off compltly at home. (when i turn it off compltly it dsnt do it), it eventually startd to happn at school so the techs sent it to computerlec and it was fixd. on a sheet of paper it said the pcb bord broke. it was ok for a yr then startd again
