  • Why does everyone have to be such shits. The guy is simply showing an exercise if you think he's not doing it right then you can upload your video and show the world. And title it "The proper way to do 21s". Then you can go tell Ron Coleman he's doing them to fast.

  • @converseshoeboy With 21s, you're using light weight, so slight rocking will do no injury. All the best bodybuilders have imperfect form, take arnold for example with his 'cheat curls'. He had some of the best biceps ever. Sit down and shut the fuck up

    Yeah its true, you should only use your arms to contract when doing any sort of bicep exercise

    But to be fair to the guy 21's are tough and you do get tempted to cheat on the last 7, its not worth it though as you're cheating your body, you should just lower it to a more manageable weight

  • @nyumnyumnyum 3 to 4. but also depends on how many other exercises for biceps you do. Biceps don't need thaat much work. I respond good to 10-11 sets on biceps total. But I recommend max 10.

  • @nyumnyumnyum i do three, keep the weight light, its not an ego exersise. i read in muscle and fitness to only do one set of 21's if your doing other biceps exersises but i ignored it. see what works for you. hope this helped.
