And like you said, make sure you take in Tons, and thats tons, of protein, and eat a shit load, and you WILL get bigger. na thats bull shit, i workout 6 days a week alternating chest + biceps, shoulders + triceps, and lastly back and lower body. theres 2 days rest between each muscle group and one day rest a week after your second cycle is complited and thats more than you need, especially at that age.
