    .too bad im only on day 14 of my new workout regiment and diet, no cigs (im a 9 year smoker), all i have left is the bottom 2 need about 4 pounds(the hardest for me) off before they show really toned. but obliques training has been an issue up till now without proper tools.

  • I would say if you have noticed gains on your biceps, then you should work more on your triceps as well for more definition as i didnt see much. But keep at it, well done so far

  • sorry, but i think 5 days a week is a little Too much, you gotta give your body some time to rest in between sessions. 3 times a week with the proper mass building training is more than sufficient. working out 5 times a week is just plain bad for your body.

And like you said, make sure you take in Tons, and thats tons, of protein, and eat a shit load, and you WILL get bigger. But like i said 5 times a week is just to much, your slowly destroying your body that way, you have to give your muscles time to recuperate.

  • na thats bull shit, i workout 6 days a week alternating chest + biceps, shoulders + triceps, and lastly back and lower body. theres 2 days rest between each muscle group and one day rest a week after your second cycle is complited and thats more than you need, especially at that age.

    I just feel jealous some guys can grow muscles easily (and naturally). I can lift very heavy stuff but I am not buff. and will never take steroids.

  • It's not about the supplements, its about watching what you eat, to get ripped. You need to drop fat to 5-6% if you want definition. Also, concentrates on form, and do multiple reps and sets.
