this is one of vietnam fruit, you dont eat it raw instead, you take the flesh and mixed it with the sweet rice to make gac sweet rice, it has a really good smell,

Hi dude your gac fruit is not completly ripe(Momordica cochinchinensis)i cultivate them and the interesting part are the arils around the seeds.The rest is worthless
