Sun’s glare is camera lens defects. A realistic mod is ruined by any sun glare effect, because is not at all like the real world looks.

Sun’s glare is like adding aliasing, and blurring to images. It ruins the game.

@marracotube anti aliasing isn't unrealistic and neither in blurring shake your head a bit do you see no blur? and look at the edge of a leaf are there jaggies? also look at the sun a little (just the corner of your eye) do you see no flare/glare?

Great video! really like the look of that dwarven shield. For the life of me I still can't understand why the PC version doesn't have the option of higher resolution textures. I don't really understand the production process, but I think they author them at higher resolution than ships in the game. The textures don't always stand out, but when they do it kind of ruins a beautiful game...

@rkenshin0922 it uses higher quality textures so yeah the fps is going to drop some, but if you have the power then go for it.
