You forget that out of all of them, only Pakistan has no reservations about using its nukes. It is not aid that Pakistan is receiving, it is compensation for allowing the US to use Pakistani roads and airspace, and having the Pak-army fight the Afghan war. The indigenous victims of genocide could never be compensated completely or perfectly, but they were compensated and the US certainly admitted to the genocide at Wounded Knee. The US also admitted to general mistreatment of indigenous peoples.
