No matter if you calibrate or not, Move is LAGGY. The eyetoy camera is just a pice of SHIT, is accurate but not responsive for faster reactions. This is depressing. I really wish these big companies would stop calling things like 3D and motion controls "the future" when they're really just a quick money grab. Just consider the sales of all these recent handheld devices as opposed to consoles that require that you're in your home in front of a TV. Handheld gaming is totally "the future."
Either way, I'm just bothered by the bright Move orbs at the end of the controller; the demos are just silly and not worth note to me.

@Gangstahicky I have Move and it does track your distance through the Move control. The Sports Champion games Ping Pong utilizes this feature. You back up and your player steps back from table. Step forwards and you can save those baby shots near the net. Move does what it is "meant" to do. Kinect makes you look like a fag from a window doing that dancing game but that is a moot point I'm not gonna play that shit regardless. No games for Kinect yet so don't hold your breath on that Japan thing.
all kinect games are s***** like if they make a basket ball game and you jump and trow the ball you going to score if your inside the score area you don't have to aim is like the ping-pong you only have to swing you hand but you don't need to move or anything to the ball. on PSmove if your playing ping-pong and you don't have the remote twisted right or swing to hard or not move to the ball you not going to score points. my point is kinect is not accurate but people are not going to admit that.
The fight lights out is a fail, to me, so far, (I will play it though cuz you work up a sweat). all the usual multiplayer problems that PS3 eventually works out, all the calibration, (and in fight calibration). training with little to no explanation or demonstration..... when it is calibrated corectly, it doesn't do what your doing, I sometimes do better flailing my arms around like an idiot..... this was a HUGE disapointment for me... maybe there's some hope in SOCOM, (it better be good)
@psyskoh - Have you calibrated it properly yet? All you have to do is follow the on screen directions EXACTLY how it is.
To test if you calibrated properly. Go to sparring. Set your opponent as passive. Clench your fists, pretend you don't have the Move in your hand. Move your fists near your head and if the character has his fists in the same spot. Then you calibrated properly.
The controls are 1:1 tracking. When you have the Fight calibrated properly, it's awesome.
@EnzoRDS yeah But 1:1 doesn't seem to apply to head tracking, (when head tracking actually works.... in any kind of lighting) and multiplayer is a joke. goes from perfect calibration to hands up in the air. the fact that there has to be an in fight calibration at all shows how the bugs rule this game..... other than that I found that the game is really fun (no sarcasm)
Wow you played at E3 that game was not even complete. I own the Move and have had no problems. The only bad thing is crap photo quality of Eye Toy. Kinect I have not had the pleasure of playing yet so cannot comment. I am looking forward to it. But seriously I have seen much worse fail videos for Kinect. Don't know what is up with booths and demos but it seems fail is attached to them. If move is doing this for you at home take that thing back cause you got a bad one. Perfect 1 to 1 here

I cannot comment on Kinect other than that I want it due too some very convincing videos here on Youtube showing people using it at home. If you plan on getting it regardless, at least wait until it's cheaper or until there's a bundle that includes games besides the kinect adventures. The reason this game had slow responses on the video is because the fight requires training. When you train your character it becomes more accurate. It's purposely delayed because your character can't start off as the perfect fighter. No fun in that.

I can't understand why so many Playstion people are saying "Kinect=Fail"? wtf does that even mean? I work at a video shop-I get to rent almost all new games and their hardware; Move is realy cool BUT you have to calibrate 3 times every time you start a new game and you need at least 5x5 space to callibrate or its doesnt let you play-eg: of you are playing on your bed right infrot of the TV it wont work. So in a lounge environment it will work great. The sports champion is cool, very glitchy but cool. Overall 6/10: It Only tracks the sticks, you need lots of space, very fun but needs tweaking

@Gangstahicky I have Move and it does track your distance through the Move control. The Sports Champion games Ping Pong utilizes this feature. You back up and your player steps back from table. Step forwards and you can save those baby shots near the net. Move does what it is "meant" to do. Kinect makes you look like a fag from a window doing that dancing game but that is a moot point I'm not gonna play that shit regardless. No games for Kinect yet so don't hold your breath on that Japan thing.

all kinect games are s***** like if they make a basket ball game and you jump and trow the ball you going to score if your inside the score area you don't have to aim is like the ping-pong you only have to swing you hand but you don't need to move or anything to the ball. on PSmove if your playing ping-pong and you don't have the remote twisted right or swing to hard or not move to the ball you not going to score points. my point is kinect is not accurate but people are not going to admit that.

The fight lights out is a fail, to me, so far, (I will play it though cuz you work up a sweat). all the usual multiplayer problems that PS3 eventually works out, all the calibration, (and in fight calibration). training with little to no explanation or demonstration..... when it is calibrated corectly, it doesn't do what your doing, I sometimes do better flailing my arms around like an idiot..... this was a HUGE disapointment for me... maybe there's some hope in SOCOM, (it better be good)

@psyskoh - Have you calibrated it properly yet? All you have to do is follow the on screen directions EXACTLY how it is.
To test if you calibrated properly. Go to sparring. Set your opponent as passive. Clench your fists, pretend you don't have the Move in your hand. Move your fists near your head and if the character has his fists in the same spot. Then you calibrated properly.
The controls are 1:1 tracking. When you have the Fight calibrated properly, it's awesome.

@EnzoRDS yeah But 1:1 doesn't seem to apply to head tracking, (when head tracking actually works.... in any kind of lighting) and multiplayer is a joke. goes from perfect calibration to hands up in the air. the fact that there has to be an in fight calibration at all shows how the bugs rule this game..... other than that I found that the game is really fun (no sarcasm)

Wow you played at E3 that game was not even complete. I own the Move and have had no problems. The only bad thing is crap photo quality of Eye Toy. Kinect I have not had the pleasure of playing yet so cannot comment. I am looking forward to it. But seriously I have seen much worse fail videos for Kinect. Don't know what is up with booths and demos but it seems fail is attached to them. If move is doing this for you at home take that thing back cause you got a bad one. Perfect 1 to 1 here

I cannot comment on Kinect other than that I want it due too some very convincing videos here on Youtube showing people using it at home. It does have a bit of a lag over the Move but this is not anything that would sway me as I own a Wii. LOL yeah Wii downright has unplayable games like Wii Sports boxing. Waiting for better games on Kinect. Move already has me sold there. Just some brief reasons why you think Kinect is better.

I in fact currently hold more confidence in the Move beeing a good investment for now and future. The games are just better. I have not heard of any games yet that jumps out at me on Kinect but would really hate to not have one when that game came along. SOCOM, Sorcery and Time Crisis (well I do like Guncon3 still) but these off top of head sway me. Please share your thought

Yeah I gotta find a good release list for Kinect before I buy it. I can't afford 150 just to have voice commands. I want to see some sort of Dungeon Quest type game for Kinect. First person 3D dungeoun crawl. I am not sure how a FPS would be but I can see This for RPGs. No potion for leg cramps in game though...

If you plan on getting it regardless, at least wait until it's cheaper or until there's a bundle that includes games besides the kinect adventures. There are no good kinect games, unless you're into the whole pingpong, weightloss, dancing type games

I am waiting on Kinect cause right now it don't have any games I want. When I see a good game on the future release list I will go get it. I have seen videos on here showing it working great. That was my main concern given Microsofts huge defective products record. Every Windows ever made and so on. If it breaks don't buy!

The reason this game had slow responses on the video is because the fight requires training. When you train your character it becomes more accurate. It's purposely delayed because your character can't start off as the perfect fighter. No fun in that.

@PoppycockGaming Yo, too bad Wii HD came a little too late. Sorry, Sony is putting NO driving force behind the Move for a reason. Overall, the Move offers only an HD solution. NOTHING new. Nothing, at ALL. There's no argument over anything new it offers besides the graphics. The Kinect reads in 3D space. If you haven't checked out the videos where people can move the room around, go look. Plus, are you saying Steel Battalion isn't hardcore? Look at the controller it had and say it again.

@HDShadow Sony just knows how to do it and do it right. Look at all the games you can play with the move compared to kinect. Kinect has garbage games. PS Eye had controller free gaming during ps2, but they realized it wasn't worth it, so they brought in the controllers.

Let's face it, Sony doesn't care about the Move that much. It'll be forgotten by next year. Whereas, the Kinect took over Tokyo Game Show with, what? 14 games announced? I can't understand why so many Playstion people are saying "Kinect=Fail"? wtf does that even mean? Not only does mocking the competition with boring sheepish insults look immature, you have no idea what it will be like when its released? Move is fun; I hade the same experience years ago with Wii. You would assume you lot would understand the value of potential, considering PS's main rebuttle is "Potential, Potential!!!" Kinect has 30fps but it can track individual fingers and voice etc. GROW UP

I work at a video shop-I get to rent almost all new games and their hardware; Move is realy cool BUT you have to calibrate 3 times every time you start a new game and you need at least 5x5 space to callibrate or its doesnt let you play-eg: of you are playing on your bed right infrot of the TV it wont work. So in a lounge environment it will work great. The sports champion is cool, very glitchy but cool. Overall 6/10: It Only tracks the sticks, you need lots of space, very fun but needs tweaking
