Thumbs up for the person who created this video. I have never heard of any priest, bishop,nun, etc, of the Catholic faith teach that statues are to be worshiped and are God. I am so sick of this garbage theology they try to throw in our face. If they are practicing the true faith then there should be all kinds of miracles, incorrupt saints & Eucharists, but there is not. The Catholics are witnessing Christ, His sacraments, and His commands. More than any other faith we are honoring the bible.

Excellent arguments. Unfortunately people will believe what they choose to believe. The conspiracy theories against the Church. They are somehow sexier than the truth. One of the stumbling blocks during my conversion process was the issue of graven images. Once I've researched about the issue (read the Catholic and Protestant arguments) and prayed about it, the rest is history. Any sincere person should look at the arguments on both sides instead of parroting.

I was a practicing Catholic a couple of years ago. I was for 28 yrs. And yes, I was a sincere catholic. Your reasoning was my reasoning back then. I used to tell people it's just my way of helping me concentrate. Until the truth was revealed to me(maybe bcoz God saw how sincere i was and that all i ever wanted was to get closer to Him) and so He revealed the truth to me. I began to read the bible and there i was freed from the catholic deception.(thank God)

The RCC removed Commandment-2 (idol worship), changed Commandment-4 (7th day Sabbath) & splt (into 2-parts) Commandment-10 when altering the 10-commandments to suit their doctrine 1000+ years ago.
So how can a Catholic be breaking G-ds law of Idol worship if its not part of Catholic doctrine. How clever is the mind of the immortal (fallen) angel that has guide the papacy for centuries......

Very insightful. I too was raised protestant in very anti-Catholic environments. It has taken some time but after beginning an honest search for truth, I've been able to shed all these preconceptions and see the maturity of the faith of my catholic brothers and be free to learn from them.
Perhaps one day I will be closer to that side than this, though for now I'm stuck in the middle. Thank you again for your intelligent and coherent defense of the catholic faith. Blessings to you and yours.

And he doesn't need a Protestant to tell me to leave, if he wants me to leave. Verify the claims of Protestants against the Catholic church. If the claims turns out to be lies, or taken out of context (and they will). Then you must ask "How can God be behind this?"

I was a practicing Catholic a couple of years ago. I was for 28 yrs. And yes, I was a sincere catholic. Your reasoning was my reasoning back then. I used to tell people it's just my way of helping me concentrate. Until the truth was revealed to me(maybe bcoz God saw how sincere i was and that all i ever wanted was to get closer to Him) and so He revealed the truth to me. I began to read the bible and there i was freed from the catholic deception.(thank God)
