Ok, so the whole game is in english or just part of it. Not yet complete can mean that it's all in english but with grammar errors, or it's not completly english.
The main dialogue of the game is in English. Not all of that has been proof-read yet, so there will probably be grammar/spelling errors or such. Most of the townsfolk dialogue hasn't been translated yet either. All in all it's about 20% complete
It's a hell of a lot harder than people think to a) translate Japanese into English in the first place, b) sort it out so that you can get the English words in the space of the boxes provided c) proof read thousands of lines of dialogue throughout 3 scenarios (don't forget, all the townsfolk have dialogue too, plus, there dialogue can change right after a battle is completed) d) put it all into the game e) playtest it, to make sure it all looks correct. So, be a little bit more patient :D

Strange... i thought that the correct translitteration of that character was "Fear" and not "Fiale"... i think the first makes much more sense in the plot of the game...
You are correct Phem - He is called "Fear" in Japanese - but the fan translation has mostly kept the names of the English Scn1 for enemies - Some of the playable characters might have a name change... ;)
It isn`t translated officialy. SOme group in the Internet did it i think they are working on scenario 3 and they also translated the premium disc search in google and probably you will find it.

I just played that yesterday.... although it was on the japanese version =/ ..... i just reached chapter 6 and the game is AWESOME!!
