  • LOL...THis is the best a white American boy can go. He is just too sluggish compared to Bones Jones and the likes. No rythm what-so-ever.

  • he put on a lot of fat, at least 10-15 lbs.

  • king mo trains fighters now? haha

  • @enjoisk8a911

Why is king mo such a laughing stock? Eerbody on Sherdog and youtube make fun of him constantly. I guess I am a noob. Even mike tyson did. lol

  • deez nuts

  • Rich Franklin looks like Jim Carey

  • thats why his name is "ACE" ventura. This is some BullSHit, Rich Franklins Manager is tryna say Vitor Belfort Illegally hit Franklin. Fuck that bitch Franklin RIP ;)

  • Vitor outclassed him but I think Lyoto dominates MMA. Sure you'd say fedor is better but I'm yet to be impressed since he dodged UFC contracts and approved a different promotion- which, for me is, quite gay

  • Actually FEDOR sucks man he is OVERRATED, its almost like saying Rahad Evans 18 W- 1L and he is the GReatest, WRONG: FEDOR hast fought nobody haha, ANDERSON SILVA is P4P Best fighter in MMA Hands down.

  • what about machida? he's 15-0 right? Sherdog ranks him 1st in light-heavy

  • @Naphorse. who has Anderson fought? he wins 10 fights in UFC and now he is p4p? fedor has fought much better opponents

  • wow he fought nobody and he sucks? k nogueira, mirko cro cop, kevin randleman, mark coleman, he took down sylvia like it was cake to him.. and alot more great heavyweight fighters. He just beat brett rogers via tko. ur examples are terrible.Record means nothing its about what they do in the fight and who they fought that proves it. dont talk crap if u dont know anything about mma.

  • Look at who fedor has beaten? The best fighters in the world. Nog, Cro cop, arlovski, just to name a very small amount of the pure talent he has beaten. And im sure he would beat anyone in the ufc heavyweight div. Anderson silva is best MIDDLEWEIGHT in the world, but P4P, i dont think so, that title belongs to fedor

  • @Headache721 That's exactly the reason why i'm puzzled that he evades UFC even though Dana agreed to have a 1 fight contract. No promotional conflicts.

I wanna see him fight Carwin or someone else. I mean, Nog , Coleman, Arlovski and Cro cop lost in the UFC too

  • @NormanWasHere I know what you're saying mate, i cant see why he wont sign, even for one fight. I think is a lot of 'politics' as to why he won't fight in the UFC.

But the way i look at it is: As the months go by, more an more HW in the UFC get better an more notable i.e carwin, dos santos, velaques. and Fedor sits back and does next to nothing, for me, his legacy is slowly fading.

  • @Headache721 Yeah it hurts, but that's reality. Fedor will get older until promotions make excuses like "he lost coz he's too old, you should've fought him in his prime"

Fedor is really good. but he has yet to prove himself, especially since his controversial recent fights

  • @NormanWasHere

dude thats the way he fights

He remains cool the whole fight, and he finds a hole

    BOOM, KO or submission

He has a special calm, cool, and collective characteristic that backs his wins

  • @ThePintoAce what are who talking about again?

  • @NormanWasHere

    # 1 p4p fighter in the world

    Fedor

  • @ThePintoAce then why did he refuse a special contract from Dana White?

  • @NormanWasHere

what "special" contract. We all now that Dana is a stingy guy and that he pretty much owns the fighters. If Fedor signed the contract his soul would be owned by the UFC.

All Fedors wants is a partnership with UFC and M1, but Dana wont accept that, he wants Fedor completely inside UFC

Why would Fedor give up his 33% ownership of M1 global?

dude trust me, i now A LOT about this "special contract"

Its not as as simple as the "fedor is ducking the UFC" bullshit

  • @ThePintoAce No, dude. The special contract i'm referring to is the 1-fight contract with UFC. The said contract is recognized by the other promotions and shall be honored. (no violation with other existing agreements). Fedor is overrated, i saw his fights from the beginning, It's true, he's good in his generation. But he has yet to prove himself with real fighters.

  • @NormanWasHere

mark coleman by armbar-coleman, was 41 years old for god sake and almost choked out fedor.

Mirko Filipinovic By decision-Fedor knows he cannot outstrike Mirko, so he had to tackle him to the ground and Kill some clock. The refs like MMA fighters that stay on top, therefore fedor won.

Antonio Rodgrigo Nogueira 1 & 2 by decision-all fedor did was stay on top of nog and kill the clock.

Heath Herring by Cut-a win on a cut really doesn't count as a real MMA win.

  • @NormanWasHere "killing the clock"? wtf were you watching lol.

  • @NormanWasHere

i think he has the best characteristic of a martial artist

He remains cool through out everything

  • @ThePintoAce Acceptable. but what makes it exciting for me is the trash-talking and the story of each fighter. It's just my personal preference though :D

  • @NormanWasHere

i guess, but i like how people talk trash to Fedor

Hes looking down at the floor during the staredowns , and then boom

    Its over

  • @ThePintoAce hahaha! yeah that's the fun part. when the trash-talkers get pwned

  • @NormanWasHere

    lol yea

i wud also like to add that, Fedor belongs in the 185 lb division

so i think its pretty cool hes fighting fighters that hav a much bigger frame size than him

  • @ThePintoAce just watched UFC115... i'm excited with UFC 116. Who's your bet? Lesnar or Carwin?

  • @NormanWasHere

lol yea ufc 115 was good

for ufc 116, i think lesnar wud probably win by UD

    and wanderlei by KO

    u?

  • @NormanWasHere i'm betting on carwin. LOL lesnar's back from the dead

  • @Naphorse IS this Dana White?

  • @NormanWasHere omg i was just thinking that :)

  • @NormanWasHere

    He looks like Jake Shields

  • @Sopeker No! Jake Shields looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger

  • @NormanWasHere hahah he suuure does

  • @NormanWasHere eh i dont think he looks any thing like Jim Carey

  • @brownshoeT2 your mom looks like kobe bryant

  • @NormanWasHere i have seen both Jim Carey and Rich Franklin in real life.... they look nothing alike

  • @NormanWasHere thats why they call him rich "ace" franklin because of jim carey from the movie ace ventura

  • @jonblood oh! haha! thanks for the interesting trivia :-bd

  • FRANKLIN IS FINISHED

  • I said it before I'll say it again Vitro is amazing but Rich wasn't properly trained for the fight. Matt Hughm or however you spell his name train Rich for the old Vitor it was even said in UFC 103 countdown lol. If I were Rich Id focus on boxing, wrestling and learn more new techniques then just standard mma striking.

  • Franklin got knocked the F*** out

  • he ll need more than this to face Belfort....so slow frank, so slow.

  • Shut the fuck up. You're a complete idiot.

  • i hope this isn't his real workout, because if it is i will put all my money on Belfort. This guy really holds that pads in a strange way.

  • was gonna say the same thing...i like Ace but hell, very slow sparring session but then, slow is not always bad.

  • its that mayweather sr. style of pad holding... some like it some say its useless

  • if its Useless Then why id MONEY "MAYWEATHER JR" 40W-0L Why did he get $ Million for one Fight against the GOLDEN BOY You fucking Bitch slut.

  • "fucking bitch slut" ..?? ar you a moron? I simply commented that the pad holding style is liked by some and not by others. I love this padwork Dick! Take a minute to read and comprehend comments prior to replying Douche nozzle!

  • @kapiot No, this is not his real workout. Check his real workout the guy trains like an animal, he is a cardio machine.

  • I think this is warm up.

  • @kapiot well I mean, his workout is probably 3 or so hours long. This is 2 minutes of it. It may be a down time kinda thing or warm up for stand up or even a cool down. He was the champ for a while and has a great record, he didn't get it by not knowing how to train right, ya know?

  • @kapiot who the fuck cares.

  • @kapiot bad comment. the amount of sweat on his back probably indicates that what you just saw was his 'cool down' training

  • looks slow as hell, must be a cool down after the real workout. That guy holds those pads strange to

  • Rich will pick Belfort apart.

He has only had decisive losses to the best P4P fighter in the world Anderson Silva and the undefeated Light heavyweight Champion Lyoto Machida.

  • I agree

  • nice prediction lol

  • Well I knew i was wrong when I watched the countdown, Randy called the fight and hes always right.

  • EVERITT IS A FAN, NICE SKILLS

  • Kanye west lol

  • cool video Rich looks ready to do work
