Why would your windows be up? You have a convertible, its not like you can put the top on so there is no need for windows on the model.

The PC modding is old and simple. The console modding is not simple... Anyway, the PC gives you much more free in file modding, so console stil sucks :)

All of the pro gamers are playing on PC. You can't play the counter strike or CoD on console. It's like you wanna play FPS on tutch pad LOL... The controllers are sucks!

yea but you cant execute .asi files... there is no asi loader for extending gta iv code which is very helpful when modding...
