In about 50 to 100 years from now, this stuff will be taught to schools and universities (provided there's a free educational system and not a manipulated one).
And of course, no one will care about the shitty music, promoted today.
All those fucking hollywood-made "celebrities" have an expiration date.
@nightsdreamparadox Well, it's a relief knowing I'm not out of my mind. I think I saw that version around here, but it was shorter and the video quality was terrible. I remember that video giving me the creeps when I was a kid.

Gerald Scarfe directed the backdrop film. This was shown initially as a backdrop film on the Animals tour and then on the Momentary Lapse tour. Then the backdrop film turned into a video by Pink Floyd's US record label at the time Columbia Records (the back catalog has since gone back to Capitol Records and EMI) for MTV for the channel's Pink Floyd Weekend shown in May of 1988. Great piece of animation. Better than the shit out today by a longshot.

Best Band ever walked the earth!!!
This is the definition of the word art.
This is like Botticelli, Dali and Picasso.
This is like Dostoyevsky, Kafka and Oscar Wilde.

I remember the video having rivers of blood instead of water and what's with the green filters? Was it altered or was I tripping when I watched it?
Veneroth 4 months ago
@Veneroth Yes, there's another version with blood.

I love the way this sounds. Sounds calm, and sadistic, and the images really set the dark depressing mood. This is true music.
