I would say this is a nicely done up video.

1) The introduction is good in allowing a layman understand what CP Group is about and its operations.

2) Opinions were well-justified with comprehensive elaboration & explanation done.

3) I especially like the part where you explained that change is often resisted by workers, and in implementation of plans, an organisation needs to consult and involve employee participation in order for a plan to be more readily accepted and understood.

overall, succinct and concise case video, and very comprehensive. i can clearly see the flow of video from identifying the issues, objectives set by the owner as well as the recommendations. furthermore, the recommendations are tailored to the corporate client by pairing Chareon Pokphand with local companies/organizations. the presentation is simple and professional.

lastly, i personally think that some charts will further convince the audince.
