If you search here on youtube there is a video where Hugo Chavez is accusing the USA of triggering the quake with a high tech device.
From what I hear Chavez just doesn't like the U.S., I doubt Chavez has even launched a legitimate investigation confirming it was the U.S. and HAARP, which makes Chavez as credible as the rest of the conspiracy theorists.

That's why the military has been so interested in funding HAARP research, they have plausible deniabitly because no one could prove that it wasn't an act of god. Unless they had insider records that indicated that that such an event was caused by the program. That is if such records are kept.

I saw data by HAARPE in a few videos up here and there was ALOT of extra activivity 2 days before and on that day the activity slowely goes down but hey I am no scientist just looks suspicious. I did favor that video on my channel by the Truthergirls

Haiti has depended on Canada, the US and other countries for finacial help before this earth quake happened. They are too poor to pay carbon taxes, so they are considered useless to them. I am not sure it was Haarp, but, I do know there was lots of activity just before the quake on the Induction Magnetometer
